The actor stated his pro-gun stance following the Sandy Hook elementary school mass shooting. He told the Los Angeles Times, “I don’t think it’s about more gun control. I grew up in the South with guns everywhere and we never shot anyone. This [shooting] is about people who aren’t taught the value of life.”

2. Johnny Depp

According to The Huffington Post, Johnny Depp learned to shoot as a kid. “We would just go out and line up a bunch of cans and shoot with rifles, handguns and at times, submachine guns,” he said, in 2009. “When I was a kid, it was a controlled atmosphere, we weren’t shooting at humans – we were shooting at cans and bottles mostly.” He added that he will “most certainly” pass on the tradition to his own kids.
